Player Accounts
Each individual player is entitled to own and play only one (1) account per round. Creation of more than one account, or accessing more than one account for any reason is a violation of these Terms and Conditions and will result in the immediate suspension of all accounts related to the user(s) in violation. Each player is entirely responsible for the security of his or her own account. Any violation of the security of your account should be reported to WizeGuyz.org immediately. By accepting these terms you agree that Wizeguyz.org shall not be held liable for any damages that result to you from the unauthorized use of your account. You may be held liable however for any financial damages incurred by Wizeguyz.org as a result of you being in violation of these terms.

Prohibited Uses
By accepting these terms you agree not to use unauthorized means of access or game play either through 'hacking' techniques or the exploitation of system vulnerabilities. Any bugs that you discover should be reported to Wizeguyz.org immediately. You agree to be held liable for any and all damages incurred by Wizeguyz.org as a result of your intentional misuse of the software provided or through the use of third party programs. Violation of these terms will result in the immediate cancellation without notice of the offending player's account.

Player Conduct
By accepting these terms you agree that you will refrain from making lewd or threatening statements to any other players. You will not use racial or ethnic slurs at any time. You will not engage in conduct meant to provoke the administrators of this site either verbally or by any other means. You agree not to use this site to make slanderous remarks about any player, the site itself, or its administrators. You also agree not to use this site to denigrate or criticise the site itself or to encourage others not to make use of its features. Violation of these terms will result in the immediate cancellation without notice of the offending player's account, any moneys spent by the player involved will be forfeit, NO REFUNDS. In addition, legal action may be taken against the player involved where warranted.

Absolution of Liability
By accepting these terms you hereby absolve Wizeguyz.org of any and all liability. This includes all legal activities conducted by the administrators of this site. You agree that the administrators have total discretion to determine the rules, policies and procedures of this site as they see fit and absolve them of any liability should you find fault with these policies. This includes but is not limited to, failures related to software or hardware, the unauthorized interceptions of data transmissions, altercations with other players not in the employ of Wizeguyz.org, or future criminal conduct you may engage in.

Modification of Terms
Wizeguyz.org reserves the right to amend these terms as it sees fit.
